Unzyme Laboratories is pleased to announce significant expansions to our Employee Enhancement Benefit Program for 2026. These updates reflect our belief that those who develop enhancement technologies should have the opportunity to experience them firsthand.
Program Philosophy
Since our founding, we have offered enhancement benefits to employees. The reasoning is straightforward: who better to understand our products than those who use them? Employee experience generates invaluable feedback that improves our technologies for everyone.
More importantly, we believe in what we create. If enhancement technologies genuinely improve human capability, our team members deserve access.

Important Considerations
Enhancement remains entirely voluntary. No employee will face adverse consequences for declining to participate. We respect that enhancement is a deeply personal decision.
All enhancements require medical clearance from our occupational health team. Not all employees will qualify for all enhancements based on individual health factors.
Employees considering enhancement should carefully review all materials and discuss thoroughly with the clinical team before deciding.
Enrollment
Current employees can access the enhancement benefits portal through the employee intranet. New enrollment periods occur quarterly, with the next window opening April 1.
Questions about the program should be directed to the Employee Enhancement Benefits team via the internal ticketing system.
Together, we are building the future—and living it.
