SECTION 5: YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
5.1 Access
You may request a copy of data collected about you through the patient portal or by contacting support.
5.2 Correction
You may request correction of inaccurate data, though correction of automatically collected system data may not be possible.
5.3 Deletion
You may request deletion of certain data. However:
- Data required for system operation cannot be deleted without disabling your enhancement
- Data required for legal compliance will be retained
- Data already incorporated into aggregate analyses cannot be extracted
5.4 Opt-Out Limitations

- You cannot opt out of data collection without disabling enhancement
- You cannot limit collection to specific data types
- You cannot prevent data transmission without risking system malfunction
5.5 Consent Withdrawal
You may withdraw consent to data processing. However:
- Withdrawal requires enhancement deactivation
- Deactivation may not be reversible
- Previously collected data remains property of Unzyme Laboratories
SECTION 6: SPECIAL CATEGORIES
6.1 Cognitive and Mental State Data
Neural enhancements collect data about your cognitive processes and mental states. This includes data that may be considered highly sensitive, including:
- Emotional patterns
- Stress and anxiety indicators
- Decision-making processes
- Cognitive performance variations
This data cannot be separated from operational data and is essential for system function.
